Shipping

All our jewellery is sent to you in either the manufacturers supplied packaging or our own storage pouch.  We also include a complimentary pillow style gift box and ribbon in case the item is to be given as a gift.

We will send an e-mail to let you know your order has been processed and despatched.  All orders must be signed for at the point of delivery.

Orders typically take between 1 and 5 days to arrive.  If an item is out of stock or requires personalisation then delivery may take up to 28 days. If there is likely to be any sort of delay with your order, we will notify you by email or phone at the earliest opportunity to give you the choice of ordering an alternative item in stock, or refunding your purchase.

Nearly all orders arrive within a few days, however please allow up to 28 days for delivery of back-ordered or personalised items.  Courier delivery can be arranged for an additional cost.  Please contact us for further information.

Returns and Refunds

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a no fuss guarantee.

We believe you will be delighted with your purchase from Janella Jewellery. However, we do understand that there may be occasions when you wish to return an item. You can cancel your order anytime within 7 working days of receipt for a full refund. If you are unhappy with a product for any reason please contact us immediately at info@janellajewellery.co.uk

All that we ask is that the item(s) must be returned to us in their original as new condition with all of the tags attached and the item(s) still in their original packaging. Items that have been used, washed, soiled or damaged in any way will invalidate our offer.

PLEASE NOTE: for hygiene reasons earrings/other pierced body jewellery are non-refundable. Made-to-order and bespoke items are also non-refundable unless faulty.


You are entitled to return your item(s) to us in their original condition within 28 days of receiving your order for an exchange. This means that you can replace your original order with item(s) from our online shop up to but not exceeding the value of your original purchase.   You are strongly advised to use signed-for (recorded) delivery when returning orders - we will not be held responsible for returns that go missing in the post.

International customers wishing to return items for exchange or refund must do so at their own cost.   Orders cancelled within 24 hours of being placed are subject to a 2.5% charge to cover credit card fees.

Faulty Goods

All of our products are quality checked before leaving us and our customers are therefore unlikely to receive faulty goods. In the unlikely event that this does happen, we will be pleased to exchange the product or offer a refund once we have verified the fault. Please contact us before returning any faulty goods.

When you return goods, please ensure that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us. We recommend returning goods using Recorded or Special Delivery in the UK or an equivalent service if you live outside of the UK. Signatures are always recommended when goods are returned.

Once your item has been returned and the fault confirmed (if returned for this reason) you will be credited with the full purchase price of the item including delivery charges. If you paid by debit or credit card the card will be credited, otherwise a cheque will be sent in GB £.
