The term “Janella Jewellery” or “us” or “we” refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is JEB Accessories, 64 Doeford Close, Culcheth, Warrington, WA3 4DL. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Making a purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. 

 We accept credit and debit card payments by using the PayPal secure on-line payment system. You do not have to create a PayPal account to do this. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

You may cancel your order within 28 days of your receipt of the goods, and we will refund to your card within 30 days of cancellation.  We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 working days, we will also endeavour to keep you informed throughout the process.

Regarding orders shipped to the nominated shipping address that are returned to us as 'uncalled for'. To have the order posted again you will be liable for paying the original postage costs again prior to the order being shipped out. If you subsequently cancel the order you will be entitled to a refund minus the costs of postage.   Your statutory rights are not affected.

Alternative ways to Order

If you are unsure about placing an order through our online shop, you are welcome to contact us using the details on our 'Contact Us' page and we will be happy to assist you.

Alternatively, you can place an order through our online shop and choose 'Pay by cheque or postal order'.  If you choose this payment option during checkout, please print two copies of your order receipt and return one copy to us with payment using our freepost address - your order will be posted after we have received payment from you. Postal payments are in United Kingdom currency only.

Shipping and Handling

Postage and shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and clearly displayed before you are asked to complete your order.  We are happy to post orders to a different address than that of your home address - please note that this does not apply for orders shipped to an international destination. Please ensure that we are given a full and correct address with postcode. We regret we are unable to deliver to a PO Box Number. Goods are not dispatched on Saturday afternoons or Sundays.

All orders are posted using Signed-for delivery. This means that you must sign for your order at the point of delivery.  The are no exceptions to this rule, so please do not ask!

Delivery Schedule

We use Royal Mail post for all deliveries. Their aim for second class mail is within 3 working days and standard parcels within 3 to 5 days after posting. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for any delay in delivery.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of this and offer you the choice of waiting, choosing an alternative item of equal value or refunding that part of your order. 

Import Duty

If you order products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

Security

We want you to be able to purchase items from our website with complete confidence.  Your payment is processed by PayPal.  All customer information is kept strictly confidential on secure encrypted servers. We do not have access to or see credit card information.

Tax Charges

All quoted prices include VAT where applicable. 

Website Data:

All our prices are shown in £ sterling, excluding delivery charges. We reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order except in the instance where an error has occurred with the data entry. In the event that an error is discovered with the price of any goods you may have ordered we will inform you as soon as we can whereupon we will give you the option of amending your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

Privacy Policy

We do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our users while providing the highest possible quality of service. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and according to the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.

Information collected; We collect the information you supply to us through enquiry and registration forms and every time you e-mail us. We also collect information automatically about your visit to our site. The information obtained in this way is only used in aggregate form and as such cannot be used to identify you. This aggregate information is used to build up marketing profiles, aid strategic development and audit usage of the site. We do not knowingly send out any unsolicited marketing material to any of our customers. However, we do like to keep our customers informed of new products, promotions etc via newsletters.
